International Shipping:

While we appreciate global interest, currently, we provide shipping exclusively within South Africa; Sadly at this stage international shipping is not available. We apologize for any inconvenience and suggest involving friends or family in South Africa if you're interested in our products.

Returns and Stock Issues:
In rare cases of overlapping purchases, if an item is out of stock after your order confirmation, we'll promptly contact you. We offer refunds, replacements, or suitable alternatives.

Order Tracking:
Orders confirmed before 10 am on weekdays are shipped the same day. A shipping confirmation email will be sent with tracking details. Delivery Charges and Timeframes:
We offer delivery services within South Africa, and if you place an order before 10AM on weekdays, you can expect your delivery to arrive within 2-5 working days. In some cases, we've even managed same-day delivery in the afternoon, depending on the courier's schedule. Should you have an urgent request, please don't hesitate to get in touch with us. We'll go the extra mile to accommodate your needs.

Delivery Process:
We use The Courier Guy for deliveries, but we reserve the right to use other couriers. Allow up to 7 working days for bulky deliveries, with varying times for different areas.

Delivery Requirements:
Someone needs to sign for deliveries. If your address is unsuitable, consider an alternate address, like your workplace. Email us at hello@komsurf.com for specific delivery concerns.

In-Store Pickup:
You can collect orders at our physical store during opening hours: Mon-Fri 7am-6pm, Sat 7am-4pm, Sun 7am-3pm.

PayPal and Returns:
Paypal services are currently not available in our online store in South Africa Contact us at hello@komsurf.com if you're a frequent PayPal user. Follow our hassle-free return process by emailing us with necessary details.
