You can pay for your online purchase via Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT) or via your Smartphone and the FREE Snapscan.If you choose EFT on the “Checkout Page” to pay for your purchase, kindly follow the payment instructions that appear on the screen after you have clicked on the “Proceed” button. You will find all the necessary information for EFT payment and where to send the proof of payment. Please use “info@kommetjiesurf.com” as the email address to send your proof of payment.If you choose the free Snapscan App on your smartphone as a form of payment, please select the Snapscan option on the “Checkout Page”; once you proceed the necessary Snapcode scan will appear. Kindly scan the QR Code with your smartphone. It will prompt by asking you to type in the amount to pay. No. At this stage we only offer shipping for orders to be delivered in South Africa.For international shipping we kindly ask you to contact us on info@kommetjiesurf.com or give us a shout on +27 21 783 4804 . We will help you to process an international order. Sometimes an online purchase overlaps with a purchase in the shop. We are doing our best to keep the stock levels up to date daily. In the case that it does happen, we will contact you immediately, and offer either a refund, arrange for a replacement or a solution that fits you best.

Orders that have been placed and payment has been confirmed before 2 pm (14.00h)
Orders placed before 2pm AEST on weekdays are shipped that day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email as the order is processed through our despatch system. It will have a link to Track Your Order. Tracking data will not update until later that night, so don’t be worried if your tracking link doesn’t work right away. The Kommetjie Surf Shop uses the company The Courier Guy for deliveries local and international. But we do reserve the right to use other courier companies up to our discretion.  Please do allow for bulky deliveries up to 7 working days; the delivery times may vary from metropolitan areas to regional and / or rural areas).

Yes. The courier company deliveries against personal signature. If you will not be present to accept your delivery or you feel that your address is unsafe to have a parcel delivered to, we recommend choosing an alternate address such as your work address. Please kindle follow these simple and hassle free instructions if you need to return a product purchased from us:THE ITEM TO BE RETURNED MUST BE IN THE ORIGINAL PACKET, UNUSED AND UNDAMAGED. For more detailed information please visit our Return Policy page.Steps to follow:
1. Send us an email with a) invoice number, b) product description and c) a quick note why you would like to return or swap the item; that way we can help you efficiently. Please do indicate if you want a REFUND, CREDIT or EXCHANGE.  Please also indicate / confirm the address where the product must be picked up.
2.Once we have received your email, we will send our courier company to pick up the product to be returned. Please make sure that the item(s) is (are) packed properly and safely and include the original invoice.
3.
