There are two days until total lockdown!!! Some people less privileged than us will be desperately unprepared for this. We have decided to make Kommetjie Surf a drop of point for food, which we will deliver to Masicorp on Thursday evening. If you can't drop off any food, now would be a good time to donate to either one of these organizations so that they can continue to do the good work that they are doing.
Yesterday I was thinking we are all in the same boat, then I realized bullshit, we are not all in the same boat.
My boat is big and luxurious and has a liferaft, full of good food and running water and a flushing toilet.
Let's try and make a small difference to our neighbours right now.
I am asking all of you as Kommetjie Surf Customers or friends to step up and show even more love and support. We all feel uncertain and maybe helpless but helping others is something we do out of our hearts. Every little bit will make a difference in somebody's life, let's DO IT! We have today Wednesday 25 =th and tomorrow Thursday 26th. Now is the time to multiply our love and help w h i l e we still can.

Pasta
Lentils, Beans, Soup Mix
Fruit
Soap Bars

Please be extra careful to sterilize the goods that you drop off so that we don't make the problem worse. There will be a box outside the shop for your contributions!!
Show us that you care, show us that you have some compassion! And help feed a family or a hungry child.
